Council Members

The senior most councillor and one of the founders of the Academy. An experienced and well versed Educationist from the field of Early Childhood Care & Education. Former Vice-President of YWCA, New Delhi, an ex-member of International YWCA (India); Vice-president of Leprosy Rehabilitation Centre, Bethany Village, Haryana; Mrs. Campbell is also the founder and first Principal of Shadman Nursery School, Civil Lines, Delhi. As an Inspector of Schools for Catholic Relief Services and Municipal Corporation Schools of Delhi; Mrs. Campbell has been actively involved in the welfare and education of young children for more than three decades.

A senior councillor and a founder member of the Academy; Sudha is the Principal of St. Jude’s Play School. She has more than twenty years’ experience of teaching and handling small children. As a freelance coach, tutor & trainer for children, Sudha is known for her dedication and passion with which she prepares small children for admission into the country’s well known schools and trains them in etiquette & table manners so they could feel at home in the new environment of these schools. Sudha also conducts training & counselling programmes for senior students, parents and personality development courses for adults and housewives etc.

Equipped with a Master’s degree in English literature; Shobhna runs her own tuition classes and as a freelancer; trains senior students, housewives and corporate employees in English language, business correspondence and personality development. etc.

Pushpa is an MA. BEd trained teacher who comes with an experience of nearly three decades of teaching senior students at St. John’s School, Chandigarh. Pushpa is presently involved in coaching of small children and manages a tuition centre of her own for coaching of senior students in Gurgaon.

Nomita Joseph, the former International Service Officer, Inner Wheel Club, Calcutta; has worked as Head of Secretarial Section of United Presbyterian Church (USA). Mother of two growing children and wife of a senior Banker, Nomita who is efficient and quiet by nature, is now an inseparable member of the Academy.

An IAS Officer from Haryana cadre; recently retired is an asset to the Academy. He is the chief advisor to the senior most councillor and other founder members of the Organisation. Pius’s contributions; as an advisor, range from Adult Education & Management Training topics to managing day to day affairs of the Academy when needed.

The CFO of one of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in India; is a Senior Advisor to the Council for all matters & issues pertaining to Finance.

A former Management Officer, British High Commission, comes with 30 years of experience from the Management Department of the British High Commission. As a freelancer in the field of Management Training, he has been actively involved in Adult Education & Training since 1995. Sushil Kumar is the Management Counsellor & Training Coordinator in the Academy.

A qualified Engineer comes with a background of practical work experience of 22 years from The Times of India & Sidwal Engineers. Sushil is the Chief Trainer for all Technical Vocational Courses of the Academy.
